In this way, you undertake to pay all the services provided for which you made your reservation.

After making your reservation, you will be informed how to pay for the service you requested, depending on the type of service requested. Payment must be made by bank transfer to theIBANindicated in the proposal you will receive in response to your reservation, and it is necessary to send the respective proof to the emailinfo@dophotography.net🇧🇷

 

If you want to issue a Receipt with your NIF, you must ask us when paying for the activity.

 

At the time of his reservation, the Client assumes some commitments before thedophotography®🇧🇷

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES/ CANCELLATION

In case of need to cancel a service or activity, for reasons beyond our control (for example: extreme weather conditions that put the safety of participants at risk), we will notify you as soon as possible and we will make every effort , so that we can provide you with an alternative date at your convenience or, in some cases, there may be a full refund of the reservation amount, if there are no commitments previously assumed with third parties.

ACTION PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19

THEdophotography®, in the current context of the global pandemic, the safety and protection of all our customers is a priority for us.

The following procedures are:

• If you experience any symptoms that may be suspected of being infected with COVID-19, you should not attend activities and should immediately contact the SNS – line 808 24 24 24;
• Each participant must have an individual protection kit with them, consisting of a mask and alcohol gel for any eventuality or closer situation that may occur;
• All types of individual equipment must not be shared between participants.
• Any and all behaviors that are considered risky by the General Directorate of Health must be avoided;
• Failure to comply with the indicated procedures may lead to exclusion from the activity.
